• Payment Information: If you choose to pay with Bitcoin, no personal information is collected. If you choose to pay via Stripe, your personal information (such as name, email, and payment details) will be collected by Stripe.
• Monitored Bitcoin Addresses: When you provide Bitcoin addresses for monitoring, we securely store these addresses. However, this data is never shared with any third parties, including Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your monitored Bitcoin addresses solely to track transactions on the blockchain and notify you via email or webhooks. We do not use, sell, or share your Bitcoin addresses or any other data for marketing, advertising, or any other purposes.

3. Security

We employ secure engineering practices to ensure your data is safe. While no system is completely secure, we follow industry standards, including encryption, HTTPS, and secure storage methods, to protect your information from unauthorized access. Your private keys are never requested or stored by sat.watch.

4. Data Sharing

sat.watch does not share your Bitcoin addresses or any other data with third parties. If you choose to pay via Stripe, your personal payment information will be handled by Stripe, but your monitored Bitcoin addresses will never be shared with Stripe.

5. Anonymity and Privacy

sat.watch is designed for privacy-conscious users. You can pay anonymously with Bitcoin, and we encourage users to avoid linking personal identifying information to their account when possible. However, if you pay via Stripe, your personal information will be linked to your account.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

sat.watch uses cookies only for user-authenticated session data to ensure secure login sessions. We do not use cookies or tracking technologies to collect user behavior data or track your activities across other websites.

7. Data Retention

We retain monitored Bitcoin addresses only while they are active in the service. Once removed by the user, they are deleted from our system. For Stripe payments, retention follows Stripe's privacy policies.

8. User Responsibility

Please note that by providing public Bitcoin addresses, there are privacy tradeoffs, as blockchain data is public and traceable. We recommend not using sat.watch for privacy-sensitive wallets or production-critical use cases.

9. Your Rights

As sat.watch collects minimal information, users can freely control and delete any provided Bitcoin addresses from the service at any time. For users who paid via Stripe, you can manage your personal data via Stripe's privacy settings.

10. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your monitored Bitcoin addresses based on your explicit consent, as required to provide the service. If you use Stripe for payments, your personal information is processed under Stripe's legal framework.

11. Log Collection and Retention

sat.watch automatically collects system logs to maintain service security, prevent fraud, and troubleshoot technical issues. These logs may include:

• IP addresses
• Timestamps of access
• Service usage data

We retain logs for 30 days to ensure system integrity and security. After 30 days, logs are permanently deleted. Even if you delete your account, your logs may persist for this duration but are automatically removed after the retention period.

12. Children's Privacy

sat.watch is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

13. Changes to this Policy

sat.watch may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If significant changes are made, we will notify you via email (if provided) or through a notification on our website.
